When Thoughts Overwhelm - lecture: Monday 30 November 2026, 17:00–19:00, Sorø Bibliotek, Sorø. Tickets cost 100 kr.
Drawing on the Three Principles, Natasha Swerdloff invites you to a lecture about the relationship between thoughts, consciousness, and wellbeing. What happens when we realize that thoughts are not necessarily facts? And why do clarity and good solutions often emerge precisely when we stop searching for them? The lecture explores whether the path to an easier life is less about changing your thoughts than understanding them.
Natasha Swerdloff is a psychotherapist, coach, and international consultant, and is considered one of Denmark's leading communicators of the Three Principles. For decades she has worked with the question of what creates human wellbeing, trains coaches, and gives lectures at home and abroad. She co-authored the book "The 3 Principles" with Mette Bender.
The event takes place in the Reading Room on the 1st floor, accessible by both stairs and elevator. There are parking spaces on Storgade and the square (time-limited), handicap parking in several places on Storgade - including at Biblioteksporten - as well as parking in Munkevænget and at Holbergarkaden with entrance from Rolighedsvej.
