Bag julen ind - Christmas baking class: Sunday 29 November 2026, 10:00–13:40, Alssundskolen, Sønderborg. Tickets cost 275 kr.

In this baking course, John guides you through various Danish Christmas cookies and explains how ingredients affect taste and texture. You work at your own pace - alone or with friends or colleagues.

John brings all the equipment, so you can freely choose between klejner, vaniljekranse, finskbrød, jødekager, pebernødder and fedtkager. If you bake alone, you can expect to take two types home; if you work with a partner, you can manage four different kinds.

There is a break with coffee, tea and a freshly baked klejne.

Bring small cookie boxes if you have them - otherwise there are boxes for transport home. Ingredients cost approximately 125 kr. and are settled directly with the instructor.
