Tangible Leadership is based on a simple premise: leadership must be felt by people before it can be measured in results. The event is held in collaboration with IDA Syd and features a lecture by Nicolaj Statager, co-author of the forthcoming book Tangible Leadership® (coming autumn 2026) and founding partner at Achievers, where he has worked with leadership development in business and professional sport for over 20 years. He has also been an external lecturer at Aarhus University for 10 years.

The lecture focuses on what creates followership, how leaders avoid being reduced to administrators, and how to maintain relevance in an era where artificial intelligence and automation are taking over increasingly more measurable work. Specifically, Statager addresses what neuroscience and recent research say about people's need for leadership and relationships, how to create motivation and ownership rather than just setting goals, and how to communicate in a way that gives employees direction and agency. The format alternates between inspiring presentations, reflection, and practice-oriented exercises - and participants receive concrete methods they can use the next day.

The event is open to everyone. A sandwich and beverage are included in the price.
