Making Peace with Yourself

Adventurer Rasmus Kragh has summited Mount Everest without supplemental oxygen and spent 63 days alone on an expedition toward the South Pole. In this lecture, extreme expeditions are not the goal in themselves - they serve as a starting point for a question most people recognize: whether we seek something out there that we can only truly find within ourselves.

The lecture explores themes of longing, ambition, identity, and silence, examining what happens when achievement gives way to insight - when the drive shifts from proving something to finding solid ground within. The audience is invited to reflect on their own choices and what gives direction and meaning to their lives.
