Thomas Nedergaard's Life Story: Tuesday 19 January 2027, 14:30–16:30, Festsalen i sognegården, Viborg. Tickets cost 50 kr.

Vicar Thomas Nedergaard gives a lecture about his life and the many detours that eventually led him to Aabenraa, where he now serves as a priest at Sct. Jørgens Church. It was not the plan. In fifth grade, he dreamed of becoming a Michelin-starred chef.

The lecture covers dyslexia, chef training, and youth ministry. It also touches on a study period in Pakistan that shook him, which coincided with the lead-up to the Muhammad crisis. Most of all, he tells the story of the women who helped him move forward. The title is "Dyslexia, chef's knives and calling".
