Game on: Cosplay Workshop

Cosplay Workshop for kids - free: Saturday 21 November 2026, 12:00–15:00, Valby Kulturhus, Copenhagen. Admission is free.

A workshop for children and young people interested in furry, therian, animal characters, or creative costumes. Make your own accessories: either a soft, fluffy tail for your favourite character or a fur mask with your own expression. The choice is yours.

Cosplay Youth will guide you through the process so you get started well. You can experiment with shapes, colours, and details and give your project a personal touch. No experience with costumes or fur is required, so both beginners and those who have tried furry and therian accessories before can join. Materials and tools are provided - you just need to bring your ideas.

You get one hour with Cosplay Youth to work on a mask or tail and receive help along the way. If you don't finish, you can continue working on it yourself afterwards.

Practical information: The workshop runs at 12-13, 13:30-14:30, and 15-16 on the 4th floor of Valby Kulturhus. It is free. Sign up on the same day on the registration list at the door to the 4th floor, and available spots are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cosplay Youth is an association for children and young people aged 10-18 interested in cosplay and Japanese pop culture, including kawaii, manga, anime, gaming, cons, vocaloid, cosplay walks, crafting, and costume making. Read more at https://cosplayyouth.dk/
