Biblioteket Sønderborg runs a reading club for young people aged 12-16. The club meets on Mondays in odd weeks to discuss the shared book and participate in cultural activities together.

Biblioteket Sønderborg is the main public library for Sønderborg Municipality, housed in the Multikulturhuset building on Nørre Havnegade. It lends books, audiobooks, films and digital media, and offers study spaces, computers and free wi-fi.
