Morning Meeting: Do You Know What Your Employees Are NOT Telling You?

The meeting explores what happens when employee frustrations and dissatisfaction never reach management. From 8:00-9:00 AM, Mette Kaczmarek presents a talk on how leaders can recognize whether employees are thriving and how to involve them in ways that create genuine ownership - rather than simply conducting employee satisfaction surveys without follow-up. She introduces her 5-step leadership model S.I.T.H.E and the Tjeck:mate Survey tool.

Mette Kaczmarek owns and runs the software company SoftTeams A/S in Sønderborg and has experience as an employee, manager, and HR consultant. From 9:00-9:30 AM, there is an open dialogue where participants can discuss how they can concretely work with employee wellbeing and involvement in their own companies.
