Sønderborg Municipality hosts a welcome day for new residents at Hotel Sønderborg Strand on 26 September 2026. The mayor welcomes you, and there is an opportunity to learn about Sønderborg's Newcomer Service, volunteer work, and meet cultural and leisure organisations from Sønderborg and the surrounding area.

Over coffee and cake, you can network with other newcomers from around the world - and everyone receives a small welcome gift. Registration is required.
