Author Deniz Kiy and journalist Haena Laura Na Blankholm meet for a conversation about life in public housing areas - seen from within.

The debate about "the blocks" and places branded as ghettos is almost always conducted by outsiders. Deniz Kiy has written the novel Blokkene, a collective narrative in magical social realism about characters who struggle, love and survive. Haena Laura Na Blankholm is a journalist and creator of the podcast series VORES HJEM FORTALT, where residents from three public housing areas tell about their own reality.
