Learn About Youth Education Programmes

On 18 April, 19:00-21:00, students in grades 8-10 and their parents can meet representatives from a wide range of upper secondary education programmes in Sønderborg. The event is organized by Ungdommens Uddannelsesvejledning i Sønderborg (UU-Sønderborg) and takes place at Ungecenter, Ørstedsgade 53.

The evening opens with a welcome from UU-Sønderborg's director Berit Clausen, followed by guided tours. Young students from the programmes share their experiences - you'll hear about three pre-selected programmes and choose a fourth one yourself. The main talk is given by Marianne Plougstrup, HR Manager at AGRAMKOW, on the topic "How to Become a Star in the Workplace!". The event concludes with a quiz draw.

Participating students come from vocational programmes (EUD and EUX) at EUC-Syd, Business College Syd, Gråsten Agricultural School, and the Social and Health School Syd. From upper secondary programmes: HTX (Technical Gymnasium at EUC-Syd), HHX (Business Gymnasium at Business College Syd), STX (Alssund Gymnasium Sønderborg and Sønderborg State School), International Baccalaureate/Pre-IB (International Gymnasium at EUC-Syd), and HF (IBC HF/VUC Sønderborg and Sønderborg State School).
