Description was written before the event

Christian Liebergreen presents a two-part lecture at Hotel Harmonien in Haderslev.

The first part covers his solo circumnavigation of the globe without setting foot on land - a journey documented in the book "11 Meters of Freedom". He shares the physical and mental demands of the expedition.

The second part focuses on his current work as part of a SAR rescue helicopter team based in Skrydstrup. He discusses how the team prepares and trains for missions where every second counts.
