Esben Just (born 1965) is a Danish pianist and singer widely regarded as Denmark's leading interpreter of the New Orleans tradition in rhythm & blues, jazz and boogie-woogie. Since his first visit to New Orleans in 1989 he has made the city's piano style his musical signature, touring Denmark for decades with groups including SP-Just-Frost, Skipper-Just-Frost and the Esben Just Trio. His fifth solo album, 'New Orleans', recorded in the city with an eight-piece brass band, was released in November 2025.
