Freja Hoffgaard is a Danish knitwear designer, speaker and author behind the popular knitting brand Frejas Knit. She knits exclusively with leftover and second-hand yarn, and since launching her Instagram profile in 2019 she has built a following around sustainable scrap-yarn knitting. In October 2025 she released the book 'Strikkemagi med garnrester' (Knitting Magic with Yarn Scraps) through publisher Turbine, sharing patterns and techniques for creative use of yarn remnants.
