About

Kōya are a five-piece band from Aalborg, Denmark, fusing post-hardcore and sludge with atmospheric threads of black metal and shoegaze. Since their debut EP Fragments in 2024, they have played Copenhell, Summer Breeze in Germany and Roskilde Festival, building a reputation for physically intense live shows. Their debut album Pendula is out on 4 September 2026.
