Uffe Steen Trio is an Aarhus-based jazz group led by guitarist and composer Uffe Steen (born 1953), with Thomas Sejthen on bass and Jesper Bo Knudsen on drums. The trio moves naturally between jazz, blues and rock, building a reputation for dynamic interplay and a repertoire that balances intensity with humour. Steen has appeared on more than 80 recordings and received the prestigious Ben Webster Prize in 2015, one of Denmark's highest honours for jazz musicians.
