Many of us spend most of the day lost in our heads - thoughts spiral, we analyze and worry, and our connection to the body fades into the background. This lecture starts from the premise that the way out of overthinking doesn't go through more thinking, but the other way: from mental clutter to physical grounding.

You'll gain insight into why we so easily get trapped in our heads, and what it actually does to your nervous system, energy, and joy of life. You'll also learn simple tools you can use right away.

The lecture covers how to break thought spirals in everyday life, how to calm your nervous system in minutes, and how to create more capacity and presence.
