100 Years of Winnie-the-Pooh - Competition and Treasure Hunt in Dianalund and Sorø

Winnie-the-Pooh 100 Years - treasure hunt and quiz: 10 October – 18 October 2026, Sorø Bibliotek, Sorø. Admission is free.

This year marks the 100th anniversary of Winnie-the-Pooh. A. A. Milne published the first book in 1926, and since then children and adults around the world have loved the stories about Christopher Robin and his friends in the Hundred Acre Wood: Winnie-the-Pooh, Piglet, Tigger, Eeyore, Kanga, Owl, Roo, and Rabbit.

During week 42 (autumn half-term), the children's libraries in Dianalund and Sorø celebrate the anniversary with three activities: a treasure hunt where you help Winnie-the-Pooh find his honey pots, a quiz about Winnie-the-Pooh and his friends, and a test that reveals which Pooh character you are most like.

Winners of the treasure hunt and competition will be drawn on 22 October. The prize is a gift basket worth approximately 250 kr. for each winner.
