Aske Skovmand Bosselmann is a lecturer in agricultural value chains at the Department of Food and Resource Economics, University of Copenhagen. Anders Sanchez Barfod is professor emeritus of botany at the Department of Biology, Aarhus University. Kjeld Hermansen is a physician and professor emeritus of diabetes and nutrition at the Department of Clinical Medicine, Aarhus University.
