Smoking Cessation and Nicotine Cessation Course

Sundhedscentret (the Health Centre) offers smoking and nicotine cessation courses for anyone living or working in Sønderborg Municipality.

The courses contain no scare tactics. You will receive help planning your quit date, so you are prepared to manage your reactions when you stop using tobacco, e-cigarettes, or snus - and to maintain your motivation throughout the programme. The courses cover all nicotine products: cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes, puff bars, heets, snus, and similar products.
