Josefine Weber Hansen is a Danish violist, composer, and singer trained at the Royal Danish Academy of Music and Eastman School of Music. Her work sits at the intersection of classical tradition and experimental performance, treating voice and viola as a single, shared physical medium. She is a member of the artist collectives Venteværelset and Damkapellet, and in 2025 she received the Léonie Sonning Talent Prize of DKK 100,000.
