Concerto Copenhagen's Christmas Concert 2026

Concerto Copenhagen presents its Christmas concert at Trinitatis Kirke in Copenhagen on Saturday, 19 December 2026 at 4 p.m. The concert explores expectation and peace through Baroque music with soprano Joanne Lunn and conductor Lars Ulrik Mortensen. This is one of eight Danish concert dates for the ensemble across autumn and winter. Trinitatis Kirke, a Baroque church built in the 1600s under Christian IV, sits in central Copenhagen and is inseparably linked to Rundetårn, which was constructed as its astronomical observatory. The church interior provides an intimate setting for the programme's exploration of Christmas moods through pastoral scenes and works such as Bach's aria Schafe können sicher weiden. Tickets cost 0-200 kr.
