Music Inside Out with Ensemble MidtVest

Ensemble MidtVest presents "Musikken på vrangen" at Holstebro Bibliotek on Monday 16 November 2026 at 16:00 - a format where the ensemble plays excerpts from works by Kuusisto, Shostakovich and Dvořák with commentary throughout. Admission is free. Holstebro Bibliotek, located at Kirkestræde 13 next to the town hall, has served as the municipality's main library since 1903. Ensemble MidtVest is touring five Danish dates, and this concert is one of them - if you wish to hear the full programme, it will be performed on Tuesday 17 November at 19:30 at Holstebro Musikskole. The programme focuses on "number twos" - three masterworks from the composers' central periods.
