Workshop: Make Christmas Decorations from Old Books

Make Christmas Decorations from Old Books: Thursday 26 November 2026, 18:30–20:30, Sorø Bibliotek, Sorø. Admission is free.

At this workshop, participants create Christmas decorations by folding angels and Christmas trees from retired books from the library. The decorations can be taken home or left at the library to hang in December.

The workshop takes place at Sorø Library, Storgade 7, Thursday 26 November, 18:30-20:30. All ages are welcome, but children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult. The library provides materials, coffee, and tea.

Participation is free, but you must book a free ticket in advance.

If you hang your decoration at the library, you must remove it yourself between Christmas and New Year if you want to keep it.
