Marina Aagaard (full name Marina Aagaard Salminen) is a Danish author, speaker and fitness researcher holding a Master of Fitness and Exercise from the University of Southern Denmark. She has written more than 30 books on training and health, and has been delivering talks to companies, sports organisations and educational institutions since 1985. A former national coach in aerobic gymnastics and associate lecturer at Aalborg University, she has served as fitness expert for Danish national broadcaster DR since 2012. Her work centres on evidence-based, time-efficient strategies for improving both physical and mental health.
