Blågårdens Bibliotek sits on Blågårds Plads in the Indre Nørrebro neighbourhood and is part of the Blågården cultural complex, which also includes the cultural centre Støberiet and Korsgadehallen. The ground floor holds adult book exhibitions and a small stage area used for concerts, talks, film screenings and readings. The children's library on the first floor runs activities for nurseries, school classes and families, with free cultural events most weekends. The collection has a particular strength in comics, poetry and music.
