About the venue
DR Koncerthuset on Amager is Danmarks Radio's purpose-built concert hall, designed by French architect Jean Nouvel and opened in 2009. Its four halls range from an intimate chamber music room to the main auditorium seating close to 1,800. The venue hosts DR's own orchestras alongside pop, jazz and major TV productions.
