KunstSmedjen på Musicon is a volunteer-run cultural centre with six small galleries, artist studios, open workshops, an art school and a stage for music and theatre. Exhibitions change roughly every three weeks, covering both Danish and international art. The stage hosts concerts, theatre performances and other events throughout the year, while a café serves refreshments. The centre is run by the association Kunst på Musicon, independent of public funding, and is housed in a former concrete factory in Roskilde's creative Musicon district - free admission daily 12:00-16:00.
