Book Film Club: "Nøjsomheden"

The Book Film Club is a collaboration between Sorø Library and Victoria Theatre, where participants read a book and then watch its film adaptation together. This time it's "Modesty" - a novel by Stina Askow, adapted for film by Hella Joof.

Borrow the book from Sorø Library and read it before the meeting. If it's checked out, the library can order it from another library.

On Sunday, September 13 at 2 p.m., we meet at Victoria Theatre. Before the film, we gather in the foyer to discuss the book and our expectations for the film - and after the screening, we meet there again to compare the two works. You buy your ticket to the film screening yourself at the theatre.

You don't need to have a finished analysis ready - it's enough to want to share some thoughts.
