Copenhagen

About the venue

The Botanical Garden in Copenhagen covers 10 hectares and holds more than 13,000 plant species. It moved to its current site in 1874 and is best known for the Victorian iron-and-glass Palm House, one of the city's most recognizable landmarks. The garden is run jointly by the University of Copenhagen and the Natural History Museum of Denmark, and serves both as a public green space and a centre for botanical research.
