Nørrebro Bibliotek is housed in Nørrebrohallen - a former tram depot by Den Røde Plads. Founded in 1885, the library moved to its current premises in 2019. The high-ceilinged space features murals by artist Eske Kath and accommodates both children's and adult sections under one roof. Besides lending, it offers homework help, reading clubs, language clubs, and regular cultural events such as author readings and art exhibitions.
